I never really had a weight problem growing up. I gave birth to daughter at the age 20 and my second daughter, at the age of 22. I didn’t have a serious weight problem then. The weight problem started 20 years later, at the age of 41, after I gave birth to a son. That was when I really started struggling. I tried so many different weight loss programs, nothing worked.
