Most people who use Skinny Fiber will need to make some small or big lifestyle changes to get healthy again. The good news is that with Skinny Fiber you are not required to go on a “special diet”. 1. Watch What You Buy

Avoid the “unhealthy sections” (cookies, chocolate, alcoholic drinks…) at the supermarket and focus on getting the “good stuff”, like fruits and vegetables. The only solution is to make sure that I never buy them!

2. Portion Control

Use a smaller plate and don’t put the pots and pans on the kitchen or dinning table. Also watch your portions before you actually start cooking. The less food you prepare, the less you will eat! If you go to a restaurant, you can ask the waiter (or waitress) about the healthy options.

Reduce your alcohol consumption or even quit drinking alcohol. We’re creatures of habit and drinking alcohol is often one of those things that people do out of habit. Most people can easily stop drinking alcohol for months without even thinking about it.

4. Exercising

If you like to exercise, do it approximately 1 hour after having supper. You will burn those extra calories that you just took in.

5. Get A Dog Or A New Hobby

If you don’t like to exercise, but love animals getting a dog could be a great alternative. Get a big dog that needs a lot of exercise and go walking daily. You are now getting healthy and have a new friend to share your new lifestyle with! Another option is to just try out a new activity. I believe that most people enjoy sports, but some simply haven’t found the right sport yet.

Don’t go to bed immediately after supper. You don’t burn many calories while sleeping! So you also should try to avoid having your supper late. However, it’s also important to make sure you don’t go to bed hungry.

According to sex burns 150 to 250 calories per half hour. So for example to burn off 1 can of Pepsi (150 calories), you need to have sex for half an hour.


8. Avoid Snacking

Brush your teeth after your last meal of the day. (or after exercising) Brushing your teeth prevents snacking and drinking soda or alcohol. Eating 5 small healthy meals per day usually also works well in reducing your (unhealthy) snacking habits.

Keep healthy snacks at places where you are the most throughout the day (for instance your desk at your office). And always keep your healthy snacks in sight. The best example is a bowl of fruit on the dinner table.

Make sure you have water with you all the time. Drinking water in combination with taking Skinny Fiber will detox your body and reduce your hunger. Keep in mind that drinking too much water could also lead to water intoxication.
